What is included in setup?
Setup includes connecting your number, configuring your greeting and voice, adding business knowledge, creating call flows, setting up scheduling and routing, preparing follow-up texts, testing, and up to three revisions.
Is setup currently free?
Yes. Setup is free for customers who start by the end of August 14, 2026 and commit for three months. The normal one-time setup fee is $499.
What happens if I use more than my included minutes?
Additional usage is $0.47 per minute. We will help you select a plan that matches your expected call volume.
How does the missed-call revenue calculator work?
It uses the monthly missed-call count, average booked-job value, and estimated booking rate you enter to illustrate a possible revenue opportunity. It is a planning tool, not a guarantee of results.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes one to three days. After we receive your quick-start details, we configure your greeting, business knowledge, routing, and test calls with you before going live.
Do I need special phone equipment?
Usually no. Most clients simply forward their existing mobile, landline, or business VoIP number.
