Terms for using Mojo Labs

These Terms of Service govern use of Mojo Labs AI Receptionist and related business communications services. By using the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

The service

Mojo Labs provides AI receptionist, communications, customer-information, appointment-management, and related features. Available features depend on your selected plan, configuration, and connected third-party services. The service is a business tool and does not replace professional, emergency, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and instructions you provide, for your business communications, for obtaining any notices or consents required for calls, texts, email, recordings, or automated tools, and for protecting account credentials. You may not use the service unlawfully, to harm others, or to interfere with the service or another user.

Connected services

If you connect Google Calendar or another third-party service, you authorize Mojo Labs to use the connection only for the features you request. Your use of each connected service is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You may disconnect connected services through the applicable customer settings.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or change the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, so you should review appointments and communications that are important to your business.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
