How Mojo Labs uses information
Last updated August 15, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the business and contact information you provide when you use our website, onboarding forms, customer portal, or AI receptionist service. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, appointment details, service addresses, and messages needed to answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide support.
How we use information
We use this information to set up and operate the AI receptionist, respond to requests, schedule and manage appointments, send requested confirmations and notifications, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We use service providers that help operate hosting, email, text messaging, payment, calendar, and customer-support features.
Google Calendar data
Google Calendar is optional. If an authorized customer chooses to connect a Google account, Mojo Labs requests access only to support the scheduling features the customer enables. We access the calendar list so the customer can choose a calendar; availability information, including busy times, so the receptionist can avoid conflicts; and calendar events as needed to create, update, reschedule, cancel, or verify appointments created through the service.
For appointments the service creates, Google Calendar may receive the appointment title, date and time, service address or location, and notes supplied for that appointment. We store the selected calendar identifier, the identifier of an event created by the service, and the appointment record needed to operate the feature. We store the Google refresh token in encrypted form so the connection can continue to work. We do not collect or store a customer’s Google password.
How Google user data is shared and protected
We use Google Calendar data only to provide the scheduling and appointment features visible in Mojo Labs. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train generalized AI models. We do not transfer Google Calendar data to data brokers or information resellers. Access is limited to systems and service providers needed to operate the requested feature, subject to appropriate safeguards, and to authorized personnel only when needed for support, security, or legal compliance.
Disconnecting Google Calendar and retention
An authorized customer can disconnect Google Calendar through the customer workspace or by contacting us. When the connection is disconnected, we revoke the Google authorization when possible and delete the encrypted refresh token from our application. We retain business and appointment records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Text-message consent
If you choose the optional text-message checkbox on the sign-up form, Mojo Labs may send a sign-up confirmation and occasional marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not required to purchase services. Text replies are not monitored; to ask for help or opt out of future text messages, call 239-746-0011 or email [email protected].
Security and your choices
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to request help with your information, correct business details, or ask questions about this notice.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our practices or the service changes. The revised notice will be posted here with a new update date. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or by calling 239-746-0011.
