Forward the business number customers already know to your Mojo Labs AI receptionist. Keep this page handy while you are in your phone provider’s app or portal.
- Have the destination number ready.Use the Mojo Labs number we provide for your AI receptionist.
- Open your phone provider’s call-forwarding settings.Look for “Call forwarding,” “Forward calls,” or “Always forward.”
- Choose when calls should forward.Most clients begin with always forward, or forward when unanswered, busy, or after business hours.
- Enter the Mojo Labs destination number and save.Do not cancel your existing business number—it remains the number your customers call.
- Place a test call.Call your business number from another phone and confirm the AI receptionist answers as expected.
